Breakfast was fresh and the area was clean. The room was spacious and the front desk clerk was kind. She helped tremendously when there was a small hiccup in our room. The GM even called the following day and apologized.

Staff was super nice & helpful! The beds were comfortable! Room was very clean minus the smell but the rest of the hotel smelled amazing! The lobby is beautiful and smells/looks very clean at all times!

Location was excellent! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see - USS Wisconsin, Chrysler Art Museum, waterfront and plenty of good restaurants. Beds were comfortable, facility was clean.

Staff was exceptional all the way around. Great attention to detail and always bending over backwards to make things perfect for our stay. Will spread the word and certainly stay here again.
